hostel or hotel management
house sitting

We are a professional couple (aged 59 and 44) with two children (aged 5 and 11) available for temporary hostel or management positions as well as house sitting opportunities. Currently in Central America and moving upward towards North America in our ageing Kombi, we are looking for family-friendly opportunities as we travel up the continent.

management experience

Matt is an experienced hotel manager and as a husband and wife team, we ran a hostel in Cusco, Peru for a period of 12 months taking on all the breakfast preparations, cleaning and management.

Rental or hotel accommodation

While properties don't run themselves, we can look after any rental properties, hotel or B&B while you take a much needed break. Everything will be operating smoothly once you return.

we would love to help you out.

"Matt and Michelle managed our hostel while we were away for 4 weeks and did an excellent job. We have already received two 100% reviews from guests who stayed here while we were away. That included bookings, managing volunteers and cooking from our extensive menu. They also looked after our finca with 2 dogs, a cat, 3 goats, including milking the goats.

If you need someone to manage your hostel or hotel, or look after your property, I can highly recommend them! Thanks so much guys. We really appreciate all your hard work."
